El Rancho Trading Post Favorite
Drink Recipes
SkiTini
2 oz. Skyy Vanilla Vodka
1 oz. White Cranberry Juice
splash of Rose's Lime Juice
For a proper SkiTini, shake ingredients together with ice (hopefully
smoother than skiing A-Basin in May). Strain into a martini glass.
Garnish with two ski shaped stirrers (or one snowboard-shaped one), a
lemon peel twist, and enjoy...at El Rancho, overlooking the Rocky
Mountains, sitting by the fireplace, or drinking and shopping at the El
Rancho Trading Post-one of the few places in the world where you can

El Ranchini
2 oz. Skyy Vanilla Vodka
1 oz. Godiva Chocolate liqueur
1/2 oz. Bailey's Liqueur
Shake with ice (much like skiing A-Basin in May). Add El Rancho's
atmospheric magic touch. Pour into a martini glass, and enjoy. Preferably on
the outdoor patio overlooking the Rocky Mountains, or by the fireplace,
relaxing, or in the El Rancho Trading Post-one of the few places in the
world where you can drink and shop! -by

And if you desire a warm variation...
El Rancho Snuggly
1 oz. Skyy Vanilla Vodka
1 oz. Godiva Chocolate liqueur
1/2 oz. Bailey's Liqueur
1/2 cup coffee or hot cocoa
Pour in liquor first (most important), into a mug. Then add fresh coffee
or hot cocoa. If desired (and why not?), add whipped cream and almond
slice...and spectacular mountain view with a log cabin feeling at El
