About Us

The El Rancho Gift shop has been in the family for the past 22 years (since 1986). Cam developed and built the business with the help of her daughter Ché Rippinger for the first 12 years. Then Cam owned Nature's Garden Health Food Store in nearby Bergen Park.  Ché helped Cam return to the helm of the El Rancho Trading Post in 2006.  And with Cam back, it's better than ever!

 

 


About Cam Goodman:

Cam is a naturally dynamic and effervescent Evergreen community business person. She's active with the local Rotary Club and is one of a handful of 20 year Religious Science Practitioners with Mile Hi Church. She was also the first licensed female bow hunter for big horn sheep in Colorado. A certified clinical herbalist, reiki healer and counselor, she's amazingly knowledgeable in many Native American customs and cultural ways. She is also a lively speaker, teacher and even performed a recent local wedding. Cam is the mastermind and miracle worker behind the resurgent return to retail.

About Ché Rippinger:

Ché is a relationship humorist. She's been a cartoonist for over 17 years and a humor columnist as well. Her work has appeared in PLAYGIRL Magazine and The Denver Post, and many other media outlets. She has also served as president of the Colorado Alliance of Illustrators and as a Denver Press Club board member. She's also Cam's daughter (the older of the "oh, you two must be sisters" team). She was an instumental person to help Cam get back into the family biz.  Ché helped out as the PR/Marketing/Web Master and one of the local artist suppliers for the El Rancho Trading Post store.

Meet the rest of the El Rancho Trading Post staff:
Michael McGrath Michael is an artist and unique creator. Hailing from the Colorado Alliance of Illustrators, Rocky Mountain College of Art and Design, and Kittredge (a nearby local town), you might see him sporting a kilt, or crafting a spectacular display.
Stephanie McGrath As you might tell by her namesake, she is the lovely 1/2 of the married McGraths. As an accomplished wedding photographer, she is busy with brides and the like, all over the metro area.
Heidi Reynolds Heidi is our newest member and zips in from the next exit down from El Rancho. This busy mom of 3 is used to multitasking, with eyes in the back of her head!
